導入：
- post-updated-ng.phpをプラグインフォルダに入れて有効化
- 管理画面＞設定＞Post Updated NGで表示形式を設定
設定：
- Text to display before modified date/time
- 日付時間の前に表示するテキスト（HTML可）
- Format modified date/time is to display in (see date)
- 日付時間の表示形式（例：Y 年 n 月 d 日）
- Text to display before modified date/time
- 日付時間の後ろに表示するテキスト（HTML可）
- Number of hours allowed between original post timestamp and modified timestamp before displaying modified date/time.
- 更新日時を表示する場合の元のタイムスタンプと更新したタイムスタンプとの最短時間（例：ここに「2」と入れた場合、元のタイムスタンプが「15:00」とすると、1時間後の「16:00」に更新しても更新日時は表示されない。２時間後移行の「16:xx」で更新時間が表示される。
